Ward Allen Cain

Ward “Allen” Cain, age 82, of Stillwater, OK passed away peacefully on Friday, June 5, 2021.

Allen was born in Vici, OK to Noble and Belle Cain and was the youngest of 4 siblings. He attended school at Richmond in Mutual, OK. In 1957, after graduating high school, Allen followed his girlfriend Kaye’s family and moved to Cupertino, California. Allen and Kaye were married a year later and within 5 years they had 3 children; Lynda, Kenneth and Sandra.

Allen was self employed during his working years as a dump truck driver, a real estate agent and a landlord of several investment properties. In Allen’s spare time and into many years of retirement he spent his time doing many hobbies such as restoring classic cars, golfing, fishing and playing the steel guitar.

Allen is survived by his wife of 62 years, Kaye Cain, his 3 children, Lynda and Barry Baker (Stillwater, OK), Kenneth and Laurie Cain (The Villages, FL) and Sandra and Scott Jones (Folsom, CA), 5 grandchildren (and their spouses) and 8 great-grandchildren, his brother, George and Lois Cain (Savannah, GA) and sister, Julia Sander (Seiling, OK). He is proceeded in death by his parents and his sister Dorthy Margwarth.

Services to be held Friday, June 11, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Crosspoint Church, Stillwater, OK with a reception to follow and Allen will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
