William “Bill” Frazier, 94, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at his home in Stillwater. Memorial service will be held Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at Dighton Marler Funeral Home Chapel in Stillwater.
Bill was born July 12, 1925 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to William C. and Elsie May (Olston) Frazier. Bill was a respected homebuilder and land developer in Ponca City and Kaw City area for over 35 years. He was awarded the citizen of the year in Kaw City in 1994. He is survied by his wife Judith of 41 years. They loved Christmas and together built a legacy of giving gifts to so many children in need.
He is preceded in death by his parents, son Allen, grandson Mark and sisters, Marie and Elizabeth.
He is survived by his children Michael Frazier, Gayla and Tony Melton, Betty Frazier, Tonna and David Hall, John and Debbie Hall, and Charles and Beth Hall. Grandchildren Brian Frazier, Julie and Nate Matt, Brock and Kelly Frazier, Joe Melton, Jacob Melton, Reanna and Kevin Ozbun, Michael and Kaitlyn Hall, Ashley and Danny Nichols, Tyson Hall, and Brooke Hall. Also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
