William Paul Tyndall Sr. of Enid died Monday afternoon, February 27, 2023, after an extended series of illnesses related to diabetes. He was 58. A Celebration of Life will be set for a future date to be determined. Burial of his cremated remains will be at the Otoe-Missouria Tribal Cemetery.
The son of Victor Tyndall and Deloris (DeRoin) Wood of Pawnee, Oklahoma, where William, grew up before moving to Red Rock, Oklahoma. He attended school in Red Rock. After graduation William enlisted in the United States Army where he proudly serviced his country.
William was a faithful member of the OTOE-Missouri Tribe. Later in life he worked as a cook for years. He enjoyed being a cook, it came to him naturally.
William always enjoyed the opportunity to visit any casino he could. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends any chance he got.
Survivors include his loving wife of 16 years Marie Turner; one son, William Tyndall Jr., one daughter Kelli Tyndall, one stepdaughter Heather Haney all of Enid, four grandchildren; three siblings, Heather Wood, Shaun Wood all of Enid, Misty Davis and husband Chris of Ponca City. He was preceded in death by his parents.
