Ynes Salazar "Beat" Aguero, III, 39, of Perry, OK, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 in McAlester, OK. Funeral services have been entrusted to Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Perry.
Funeral services are scheduled for 12:00 noon on Sunday, July 2, 2017 at the OTOE-Missouria Cultural Center in Red Rock, OK. Pastor Jimmy Kenner will officiate. Interment will immediately follow at OTOE Missouria Cemetery in Red Rock. Pallbearers will be Page Dent, David Lane, Bill Lane, Ben Lane, Ryan Dent, and Weston Dent. Honorary Pallbearers will be Joe Lane and Abraham Dent, Jr.
Ynes was born June 27, 1978 to Ynes Salazar, II and Carole (Dent) Aguero in Pawnee, OK. He grew up in Perry where he spent most of his life. He was a member of the OTOE Missouria Tribe in Red Rock. Ynes was better known by his family and close friends as "Beat". He loved to fish, hunt, and spend time on his native land enjoying the many beauties of nature. You could always find him having fun mud boggin with his friends, or sitting around telling some funny jokes.
Beat is survived by two daughters, Skylar Aguero of Stillwater, OK, and Madolyn Aguero of Perry, Ok; his mother, Carole Aguero; one sister, Kimberly Dent of Perry, OK; one brother, Edward Aguero of San Antonio, TX; one niece, Ceder Robedeaux of Perry, OK; numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ynes Salazar Aguero, II; paternal grandparents, Ynes Salazar and Concho Aguero; maternal grandparents, Abraham and Wilma (Dailey) Dent; Aunts, Madge Francis Artman, and Patricia Black; Uncle, Ira Hoke Dent; and three cousins, Michael Lane, Treva Dent, and Danielle Aitson.
